"[ ENG ] Nice hotel in a nice area. You can spend 3-4 days here. The beds are good, the linen is clean. Nearby there are shops (including 24/7), cafes, restaurants. Very close to the beach (the beach is very clean, beautiful, amazing sand). But the hotel is not 3 stars: the faucet in the bathroom is loose, not all the lighting in the room is working, the window handle is broken off, the TV remote control does not work. "The hotel did not comment, just talk about the quality of a group of Cantonese. You stayed in the middle of the night on March 13th, wow wow wow in the corridor, woke up my son. Go out so that you don’t make noises, you don’t have a way, we just came. My friend, if you just arrived, you can understand the itinerary of the tomorrow's itinerary with the simple and normal communication between several houses. Are you the voice of a normal person? "The hotel is really near the beach which is nice. There are lots of convenience stores nearby.
The lobby is quite small but the breakfast was good. They served a multitude of vietnamese dishes.
The bathroom is small and there is no shower curtain. This means that water from the bathtub can spill everywhere.
The beds were also creaky and old. They were quite uncomfortable and unstable."

Very Good
NnascimentoNice hotel with good location. Just a bit desapoinget with the bed, as we booked a king size bed room but when we saw it was two single beds assembled together of course it’s was not comfortable. Another bed thing it’s the room was not quite as we can heard a lot of noise from the other room next to ours, the kids from that room was screaming until late giving us a nightmare experience in the last day.
Besides of those things, the hotel breakfast is good with many options, staff are nice and very helpful and the hotel location is surrounding by many restaurants and coffee shops, many options, and just 10 min walk to the beach.

CChenThe room is spacious and clean. Good breakfast. The staff are friendly. The beach opposite the hotel is clean and nice. The hotel is surrounded by eateries, massages and stores, turn left outside the hotel, about a 5-minute walk, you will see the 24 hour convenience store. A big thank you to the hotel for giving us a welcome cake and a cute cake for celebrating my husband's birthday.

LLiam-UKThe hotel is in a fantastic and peaceful location next to the beach. As soon as we arrived the staff were very welcoming, the rooms were clean and look modern, and the ocean view is amazing! We loved relaxing on the balcony and looking out at the sunrise and sunsets. The hotel also has a very nice rooftop bar with a view of both the ocean and the city. We loved our stay and will coming back on the future.

The views? Absolutely breathtaking. And the attractions? Totally worth it. JJan DarrThe service at Fivitel King in Da Nang is seamless. The staff from the reception area, catering and cleaning are all so friendly and will always acknowledge you.
The roof top bar with its panoramic views and the two pools is simply a great place to make friends or spend time out and recover from the sightseeing in Da Nang.
The rooms are comfortable and equipped with all a traveller would need.
The breakfasts provide a wide variety of Asian and western foods. Again the staff are on the ball and so very helpful.

GGuest UserI’ve stayed in many hostels and hotels across Vietnam and around the world, but this has to be one of the worst experiences I've ever had. Let me start with the positives: the room was spacious, but unfortunately, that’s where the good news ends.
The cleanliness was highly questionable. The sheets were stained, and I couldn’t help but doubt if they’d been washed at all. As a solo traveler, I was given a twin room, which provided the option of using two beds. However, both beds were equally dirty, leaving me with no decent option.
The bathroom, while visually appealing, was let down by the subpar toiletries. The shampoo smelled like an overpowering, generic men’s product, more suited to a budget gym locker room than a guest accommodation. A neutral scent would have been far more appropriate. Additionally, there was no hairdryer in the room—a real inconvenience if you have long hair like mine. The provided slippers were oversized, clearly designed for men, adding another layer of frustration.
While I was glad to have a TV, it was nearly unusable. The YouTube app, which was a primary reason I booked the room, wouldn’t connect, and the TV itself was slow and difficult to operate. All in all, what should have been a relaxing stay was riddled with small but cumulative annoyances.
The worst part, however, was leaving the room and heading to the dining hall. Breakfast was a major disappointment. The options were overwhelmingly carb-heavy and catered mainly to Vietnamese tastes, with dishes like rice, noodles, and curry. For a hostel that presumably caters to international guests, it’s baffling that the breakfast options were so limited and unappealing to a Western palate. The dining hall was also overcrowded, with too many guests at once, including children playing on phones at full volume—a noisy and stressful way to start the day.
Service was inconsistent and, at times, awkward. On one occasion, a staff member greeted me with “Namaste,” assuming I was Indian, which left me taken aback. Some staff were better trained than others, but the overall experience was far from smooth. For instance, I ordered sunny-side-up eggs one morning, which were available, but the next day, I was told they weren’t offered and was given overly greasy fried eggs instead. This lack of consistency and the apparent lack of training among the staff were glaring issues.
The dining hall itself was uncomfortably hot, making meals even less enjoyable. Tissue was nowhere to be found, adding to the overall discomfort.
I chose this place partly because of its location, which is conveniently close to many bars, cafés, and the beach. However, it was also advertised as soundproof, which couldn’t be further from the truth. The constant noise from other guests, particularly children playing with the doorbells and loud voices at all hours, meant I never had a peaceful night’s sleep. Being woken up between 3 to 6 am became a daily occurrence, and it left me exhausted and frustrated.
In conclusion, this hostel was far from worth the premium price. The service, quality, and overall experience fell drastically short of expectations. Here I am, still in my room with blood stained sheets, on the verge of booking another place because I simply cannot stay here any longer. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

AAnonymous UserAsked for room on higher floor, got given one on 10th floor with great views over the city. Room was called a superior double but I've seen bigger match boxes. Very small room. Bed, pillows & duvet comfy. TV has 3-4 English movie channels (after I had to re-tune it!). Amazing infinity pool on roof but to cold when we stayed so didn't get to use it. Staff offer to clean your room everyday (we stayed 3 days) and give you fresh water. Great location, cool bar on opposite side of Rd, with mini mart next to that , also cheap launderette opposite bar (Hotel laundry expensive). And opposite the mini mart is Fly Burgers......so so tasty, really cheap and loads of veggie options. All of this within 30secs walk of hotel. 2min walk to beach but again way to cold when we stayed (early Jan). Buffet breakfast is great , lots of choice. Only thing they don't tell you is if you want eggs (fried, scrambled, omelette) there is a little counter that you have to go to and specifically ask for. The fried eggs where the snottiest I ever. Had to scrape half a plate of uncooked snotty egg onto plate before eating. Omelette v nice though. The only reason I marked down amenities is the shower. Door has massive gaps so the small bathroom floor floods everytime. Also the water must be on some old style thermostat tank as the hot runs out after about 2minutes.

MMinnHYou will feel safe and welcome. The rooms with beach view are facing east. Windy and fresh air all day + you can enjoy beautiful sun rise view.
We chose this hotel because we wanted a hotel next to the beach (not separated by a road). Even though it is a little bit far from the city area, you can enjoy a quiet private beach only to you.
It was near to marble mountain too.
I was first worried that the room would be quite old. Even though they are not brand new, it is ok, in my opinion, with that price.
Breakfast is awesome, too. I can easily recommend this hotel.

VVelIt's going to be a rather long review. We had booked through trip.com, and we arrived around midnight. There was some mix-up due to which our booking was not in hotel records. But I had all the details and had already paid. We had booked for 4 nights. 7th June till 11th June. I need to mention here that it wasn't the hotel's fault.
In spite of not being the hotel's mistake, the night shift receptionist Mr. Quan was so apologetic that this had happened and apologised to us many times and immediately arranged an upgraded room us.
But for the next day the room was not available. The day shift staff ”Miss Suong” took charge and asked to continue without planned activities, and at the end of the day, we had to go to another hotel nearby. All our luggage was transferred to that hotel and, of course, with an upgraded room. We spent the night there, then the next day, we continued with our activities further.
Back in the evening, our luggage was again transferred back to Nhat Ming by their staff.
For the remaining 2 days. We got an upgraded room with superb Seaview.
During the 4 days, time and again, Mr Quan, Miss Suong and 2 more personnel, Miss Huyen, Miss Linh and Mr Minh took care of our family personally, may it be during the breakfast, arranging for our Bana Hill trip or our beach activities. Mr. TruongThey really made us feel at home.
Special mention to Miss Suong and Mr Quan. Thank you both so much. 🙏🙏

Basically, I felt that the Vietnamese people are curtious, kind, and helpful, but you guys made my Da Nang trip the best experience of my life.

Now for the people who want to know about the rest of the hotel. The rooms are large, comfortable, clean, and well ventilated. The crystal clear beach is just 2 mins of walk. To experience sun rise, you can get the best view from your hotel's sea view room on the higher floors. Good maintenance. You get what you pay for. But in Nhat Minh Hotel, you get more than that.
As far as the breakfast is concerned, good healthier choices but without compromising on taste. Freshly cooked eggs upon request on the spot. Many varieties, both local and continental.
About the amenities, just name it, and you have it with 5 mins walk.
If you want trouble free, the hotel can arrange for trips and tours. Most of the attractions around Da Nang are within VND 60000 or USD 2.40.
Finally, thank you so much, Nhat Minh Hotel. I really owe you one.
