"My colleuqe like this hotel so much because it is not far from the airport and no need to enter KK town. The hotel was clean & comfort. It is just for one night transit to go to Miri for the next day."

"I love this place! From the outside, it looks sketchy but it was great after i checked in. The door and electricity were keycard-activated. I love that the bathroom looked well-maintained. There was water heater in the shower, bidet, and even hair dryer. In the room there was a spare chair for when you have to work, a wardrobe, with the safety box inside. There were enough sockets. There was also water heater for drinking water to use for the free coffee sachets. THERE WAS A FRIDGE IN THE ROOM!!! The location was nice because it was near the waterfront but not too near, like a 10min walk. There were food options just outside the hotel."

"I had a hard time confirming the free airport shuttle with Stanton hotel using the on line chat. I tried twice before the trip. As a result when I finally received the message via email and WhatsApp on the arrival date , we missed the pickup and had to wait for another 45mins for the driver to come around. This is quite frustrating as I thought I had to call Grab which the hotel had asked me to do so when I wanted to book a drop off airport shuttle early at 6:30. But then when I arrived at the hotel , the front desk said it was free, later changed it to 30RM. We paid $30 and it's like they don't have any policy for this or if they do, it changes.
Overall, the hotel is very decent, and we stayed at ground floor. Staff is very cooperative and accommodating."

"Good location near Gaya street walk 15mins to water front. I stay in 6/F Grand Deluxe room it's have a big terrace! But whole hotel is no smoking even in outside terrace.
I need to feedback the basin and bathtub is out of bathroom! It's very not convenient for me. May be long time no guest to use the bathtub when I check in found it's very dirty and blockage water, bathtub tap is very very slow water pressure, can't enjoy the bathtub all of my 4night stay. I'll not book this room in my future trip ."

"Absolutely amazing stay!
I loved it, facilities were perfect, breakfast was great with a huge choice of things to eat. My room had a lovely view from the window looking over the pool and the sea.
And the staff were lovely, particularly to Daniel who I spoke to in the lobby and several times, and Raj in the hotel bar who made each visit memorable!
Location is central, and a perfect distance from all the best spots in Kota Kinabalu. Couldn't fault anything, and if I ever come back to Kota Kinabalu again I'll definitely be staying here again. 😊"

"Nice. Got 2 bedrooms studio apartment. Suitable for long stays. I only stay for 1 night so quite comfortable. But the aircond leaking make the comforter wet. But overall so goodddddddddddddddddddd....got to book when it's cheap. Sometimes got cheaper than other hotels near. Sometimes too expensive. Choose ur time we'll when booking. Ok that's all tenkiuuuwww kateyyyykiiiii."

Ssophianeo89We had a wonderful trip at Shangri-La Tanjung Aru Resort. The room was clean and well managed. The customer service was great. The water pressure of the shower was strong. The pool amenities were great. Overall, we enjoyed staying at this place.

AAnonymous UserChecked in for my inlaws and was greeted by huzaifah/khuzaifah. I dont know how to spell his name, all the receptionist was not wearing name tags. So bgini, all three counters got 3 to 4 people in each queue. I lined up at huzaifah’s counter. Teruk betul service dia bagi. Mmg dari guest depan2 sya pun sya perasan juga dia pusing sana, pusing sini. Masuk pintu sini, kluar pintu sana. Balik2 ahh. So sampai turn sya, macam bingung2 dia. Sama juga la, pusing2 ja kerja dia. Lebih juga 4 kali dia masuk belakang reception punya bilik. Terlalu lama menunggu. Sudah lama menunggu queue, menunggu lagi lama d kaunter dia. Tengok kaunter lain pun busy juga, tapi berganti2 suda guest yg check in. Tiada nampak diorang ke belakang pun mcm si Khuzaifah ni. Duluu check in yg bulan 12 tahun lalu pun dia x bagi resit security deposit. Bila sya tnya kau x bagi sya ka tu resit, tidak kmi simpan dia bilang. Sekali check out, kena minta. Nasib okay juga. Masa tu baru sya faham la dia baru kerja sini. Tapi skrg bulan feb sda ni. Masi juga tidak berapa baik kerja dia. Tidak smooth langsung. 1 jam juga dari Q smpi berurusan dengan dia. Hampir bulan2 juga sya book sini TKR ni. Sya suka kerja si Olivia. Next time memang sya pgi tmpt dia seja la. Laju dan senang berurusan. Boleh multitasking dengan baik. Please do something about this. Tq.

GGuest UserThe hotel is clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. Unfortunately, during my stay, the hotel was undergoing maintenance, resulting in no hot water for two days. Housekeeping kindly provided hot water upon request. The complimentary breakfast could use some improvements — the coffee machine frequently ran out of water, causing long waits, and the food quality could be better. Overall, still a pleasant stay and I hope these issues will be addressed.

Room 830 only issue was TV all the channel need to adjust or fix screen not clear (running line).Young
Bell boy with spetical amazing(selfie photo) . Good knowledge on local area.. I love your rain shower wonderfully cold water shower the best among other hotels.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel staff told us the room we book not ready for customer yet (Maybe the need to do some inspections first before selling the room bcause this hotel is consider as a new building, minor half this building still under construction). Then, we got a new room ( i think it's listed as premier bed king/queen size with seaview). Parking Zone quit spacious but 👻 ( i guess it is paid parking and i see just a few car was park make it look 👻).Thank you Citadines KK ✨🎉 for the hospitality
